Aisles are narrow, and rubbing shoulders with the other customers is de rigueur. Special counters are devoted to cheese, fish, and meat, plus there are deli items galore.

So we came here instead, and got the Zabar’s Nova Classic Special - which included salmon, red onions, capers, your choice of bagel (toasted or fresh), and choice of cream cheese. LOVED the nova classic on the toasted sesame bagel and scallion cream cheese. It was just an extremely well executed lox.
