If you have any questions about the questionnaire or trip-cancelling procedures, please feel free to contact Wheel-Trans Customer Service at 416-393-4111, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Wheel-Trans appreciates your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate through this challenging time together.
The Wheel-Trans calling service will call you to confirm the details of your trip the night before (between 9:00 am and 10:30 pm) or on the day of your trip (after 7:00 am). You can also check the exact pick up times on the day of your trip.
You will get a letter about 14 days after you submit your application. If you are approved, you will get a registration card, Wheel-Trans number and welcome package with instructions on how to book your ride. You need to use this number every time you book a ride.
New users must register online to use the online booking system. To register, you must have a Toronto phone number (’416’ or ’647’ area code). You will need your registration number or internet login to book your ride. You can book your ride with Wheel-Trans up to 1 week (7 days) before your trip.
Who can use Wheel-Trans? TTC Wheel-Trans provides a safe and reliable transit option for persons with disabilities to travel with freedom and dignity. Applicants may be eligible for Wheel-Trans service if their disability prevents them from using TTC’s conventional transit for all or part of their trip.
