If you don’t have a VSCO Membership and no longer have access to the email address or phone number used to create your account, our Support Team will be unable to verify a new phone number or email address or add a new contact method to your account.
Open the VSCO App and sign into your VSCO Account with your phone number 2. Tap on your Profile tab (smiley face). 3. Tap on “Edit” located below your profile name. 4. At the bottom of the Edit screen you will see your phone number. 5. Update the phone number with an email you own.
If you still do not see the email, please sign out of the VSCO, sign back in and tap on Resend email. If you no longer have access to your email, phone number or SSO sign in credentials, please see Lost access to VSCO Account.
