VioVet's price was a FULL £8.00 more expensive than other online retailers and their "special deal price" was about £2.00 above RRP of other retailers!! As a "valued customer" I e-mailed them, thinking there might be at least a £2.00 adjustment to bring it in line with RRP but received standard bog reply.

After reviewing a number of suppliers I selected Viovet to provide joint medication for our dog. The order itself took some time to get acknowledged. An email was received on Tuesday confirming despatch, and items being sent 2nd class. Over a week later items have still not arrived and numerous attempts to contact them have proved fruitless.

Viovet response says they don’t hold all the stock. Pity that wasn’t clear on website. Especially if you are running out of puppy food like I was. It finally came today, THIRTEEN days after ordering. Pathetic service viovet, make it clear deliveries take forever when people order.
