ACE Trains manufactures vintage model train engines and cars in tinplate, which was the primary manufacturing style for model trains prior to World War II. The company has revived the style of model trains produced in the ’30s by British model train companies such as Hornby.
USA Trains actually began as Charles Ro Trains in 1987 as part of Charlie Ro Supply company, a very large seller of new Lionel Trains. Then after a couple of years, they changed their brand name to USA Trains. USA Trains offers two scales: 1:29 scale in their Ultimate Series and 1:24 scale in their American and Work Train Series.
