Unfortunately the airline has cancelled the return flight scheduled for 30th December due to Omicron virus. After several messages sent to travegenio to reschedule, they ignore my emails. I received an email from them yesterday saying my reservation was cancelled because I haven’t paid for it. What a terrible experience.

Travelgenio has a very bad rating all over the world. Do not buy any services, specially tickets with this organization. My flight was canceled by Norwegian and the $1926 that was refunded by the airline was kept by Travelgenio, in spite of contacting the CEO. please contact their CEO, and any one else using Linkeldin and other Google information.
