  We are reinventing personal communication for the digital era. TouchNote is a creative platform for personal communication. Our award-winning apps lets our members send custom-made, real cards straight from their phone, so that they can share moments with the ones they care about, anywhere in the world.

• How do I cancel my TouchNote subscription?

  Just log in to your TouchNote account, go to ‘Manage my membership’ in the ‘My membership details’ section and click ‘Cancel my membership’. Once you’ve submitted your cancellation, you’re all done, no need to verify via email. This might take up to 24 hours to process and if you’re still having trouble, just contact us at [email protected]

• How do I send a TouchNote card?

  Download TouchNote from the App Store, Google Playstore, or start sending online. Browse 3000+ artist made designs, add your own photos and get creative with stickers. Add your message, their address and then we’ll send your card to anywhere in the world. Share moments at your pace. It is lovely to receive post that isn’t a bill or junk mail!

• How do I know where my TouchNote order has been sent?

  You can check this in your TouchNote account order history, so you always know where your orders are. Which days do you post cards on and where do you send them from? We print and post your cards Monday to Friday (unless there’s a Public Holiday).

• How do I Reset my TouchNote password?

  To reset your password, all you need to do is request a password reset link clicking here. The link will be sent to the email address linked to your TouchNote account so if for some reason you don’t have access to that inbox anymore you will need to contact our helpdesk to update your email address.
