The TMHP Contact Center is staffed with agents that are knowledgeable about Texas Medicaid, the Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Program, Healthy Texas Women (HTW) and the Family Planning Program. The Contact Center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Central Time, and can assist both providers and clients.
