• How do I use the ticket tab?

  The Ticket tab displays the ticket information and is the main screen used to work a ticket. The Ticket Image is displayed on the upper left side of the screen. This displays an exact text copy of the ticket, as it was received from the call center or utility company.

• How do I use the ticket detail screen?

  The Ticket Detail screen displays the ticket image and data, and allows locators to work the ticket by entering the work information. The Ticket tab displays the ticket information and is the main screen used to work a ticket. The Ticket Image is displayed on the upper left side of the screen.

• How do I purchase tickets for an event?

  Go to the Tickets page by clicking on the top menu. You will see a list of available events. Click on the button for your desired event. You will be redirected to the Find Tickets page where you can simply select the number of tickets that you need and add them to your shopping cart.
