These items should be submitted on a statutory warranty form through our homeowner portal MyHome. We are committed to providing you excellent customer service at Tarion. If you have contacted us and you feel that your concerns have not been addressed to your satisfaction, you can submit a complaint.
As stated in the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act, all Ontario builders and vendors must be registered with Tarion to build and sell homes legally in Ontario. In addition, all new homes must be enrolled prior to construction.

The Tarion application process varies depending on the type of home sale/construction transaction. The three types are: Contract homes where the dwelling is to be built on land owned by the prospective homeowner.
