The only reason they get 4 not 5 stars is the calamari appetizer wasn’t the best, came with a little cup of marinara sauce like you’d get from a fast food restaurant. The calamari itself was obviously frozen, had no chew to it and was bland. The effects of cut costs and staffing shortage are obvious everywhere, StingRay’s included.
I’ve been to StingRay’s every time I’ve come to Tybee, they are consistently great with both service and food. They are currently understaffed like most places and are doing the best they can. My boyfriend and I ordered the Low county boil for two and it was amazing!
