  The Member Help team at Spriggy is always happy to help! You can contact us by using our in-app chat, web-chat or email. We recommend using in-app chat as in most cases, this will pre-identify you and we can just straight into helping you. Log in to your Spriggy app. Tap ’Settings’ in the top right hand corner.
