Delivery & Pickup Options - 26 reviews of PappaRich "It's pretty exciting going to a bustling new restaurant the first weekend that it's open. We were super excited, being huge fans of Malacca Straits up the road (also Malaysian) and had been waiting for Pappa to open for months now. But ultimately I was pretty disappointed. Roti was good. But I personally dint like kaju kurma. It had lots of capsicum in it and couldn’t enjoy the kaju in it. This is the first ever place in Bangalore where in I felt they could slow down the service a little.! Service is (too) quick and prompt. We had oily Gobi Manchurian for starters. Paneer Laseez was decent and butter roti.
Rotis are made on spot to perfection and the dhal and curries were delicious as well. One of the nice cheap eats in the area. The shop was well cleaned and staffs were working well too. We ordered Char Cuay Teow and Crispy egg noodle.
Nearest localities to Roti Ghar Party Hall are Basavanagudi, Gandhi Bazaar, Chamrajpet, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Banashankari 2nd Stage, Jayanagar 4th Block, JC Road, KR Market, Jayanagar, Lalbagh Road, which can reach by bus or metro easily.
From coffee to fruit juices and idly vade to all delicious thali roti ghar is amazing. Its a big landmark to the whole area itself. Time and again, this restaurant has proven that it’s not just a restaurant for mediocre budget hotel but serves good tasty food as well !!
So Roti Kaya means Kaya Bread and it’s often sold and eaten at the local coffee shop or as we (Malaysians) call them kopitiam. The term was derived from a mix of the Malay language and the Hokkien dialect for coffee and shop, respectively.
