Landlords – DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas

The completed RFTA form conveys critical information to DHA. The completed form indicates the unit the tenant selected and the landlords’ intent to lease the unit to the specified voucher participant. The RFTA also conveys information about the unit which DHA will use to schedule and inspection and to determine rent reasonableness.

Maroon Bells Reservations | Aspen

Reservations are required to access the Maroon Bells Scenic Area and related amenities by vehicle or by RFTA shuttle. Parking reservations are required from May 14 - October 31, 2021. RFTA’s board of directors approved a request by Basalt to split the cost of free, on-demand service called the Downtowner. RFTA’s board voted 8-0 to provide a $190,000 grant. Basalt will contribute an equal amount. Basalt is shaped like a barbell with weights. Willits is at the west weight of the barbell.
