Been trying ever since to get open reach to sort it out. Then its BT Retail you should be chasing, not Openreach. Openreach are unlikely to budge much, unless a Service Provider chases them up. You have paid your money to BT Retail, and you are their customer.
It wouldn’t be an Openreach or BT problem. If Sky are having problems ordering you phone/broadband because their ’Computer says No’ then they’ll need to sort it. They’re fobbing you off if their referring you to Openreach because they simply maintain the physical Network from the MDF to the NTE on behalf of the BT Group.
