How to tell us if you see any problems with the Openreach network that could be dangerous to the general public, like damaged cables or telephone poles. Broadband not working? Please contact the company that sends you your bill. Unhappy with Openreach work? Contact us.
Been trying ever since to get open reach to sort it out. Then its BT Retail you should be chasing, not Openreach. Openreach are unlikely to budge much, unless a Service Provider chases them up. You have paid your money to BT Retail, and you are their customer.
It wouldn’t be an Openreach or BT problem. If Sky are having problems ordering you phone/broadband because their ’Computer says No’ then they’ll need to sort it. They’re fobbing you off if their referring you to Openreach because they simply maintain the physical Network from the MDF to the NTE on behalf of the BT Group.
When things go wrong with your telephone line or Broadband you might be tempted to contact Openreach, however you must contact your Service Provider, who will arrange for Openreach BT to attend to your fault. Your Service Provider is defined by the company that you pay your phone bill to.
If you’re a developer, these guides, handbooks and links will give you the information you need to help you with your project. Register your development with Openreach and let your buyers choose from more than 665 Communications Providers providing services over our network.
