Unnerving. -There are no customer service from NZXT, its also hard to get their products outside of US. -There are also other small flaws, like light on the fan controller is always on, even when pc is turned off. Not too bright, but why?

Should I buy a NZXT or letsbld computer?

Would recommend NZXT and LetsBld to anyone who wants a quality computer. This is exactly why I choose prebuilt because of the customer support and less stress of building a machine with expensive parts. NOT disappointed!! Oops! Something went wrong.

Is nznzxt software for CPU cooling hardware any good?

NZXT Software for CPU Cooling Hardware is appalling. Auto-updates always crash because the Kraken cooling suddenly, for no reason, goes to maximum and stays there - loud and annoying. This happens every week on a Monday evening when the updates start. You cannot disable updates which makes it impossible to avoid this.
