You can check out at the cafeteria kiosk if only purchase sushi and sashimi which saves lots of time. Best is hamachi, Saba, and clam sashimi. This is helping my sushi fix until it’s safe to do omakase again. This Nijiya is quite small, like most Nijiya markets I know. However, they have a fantastic hot deli.
