Follow these simple steps to find your NetBank client number in NetBank or the CommBank app. For NetBank you’ll need your: Debit card, credit card (excluding American Express cards), Keycard or Travel Money Card If you don’t have a card, it’s not activated yet or don’t know your PIN, give us a call so we can help you.
You can start using NetBank straight away if you already have your NetBank client number and password. Otherwise, you can register for NetBank online using your CommBank card, or call us on 13 2221. You will need a valid email address and mobile phone number.
