I sent all this information to ncp, including a screen shot of the time and dates and the calls made. Our appeal was not upheld. They are going solely based on the arn system and that other people managed to pay.
If that is also refused, you can take your chance on whether NCP will pursue via a county court claim - they may or may not do, but remember that it costs them more to pursue a single ticket than they are likely to be able to recover, but they do have 6 years in which to do so, and common sense/logic sometimes goes out of the window.
We both sent emails which were responded with automated responses, we were both then sent fines, as our vans are through a lease company the fine is hefty and SHOCK there’s no way to speak to anybody direct at NCP! Tried soooo many times! What a shambolic web site. Where do you start. Not mobile friendly.
