• How do I choose the orientation of my loopy case?

  In short, the hand that grabs your phone (most of the time) is the orientation you want for your Loopy Case. All Loopy Cases are righties by default. If you’d like a left-handed Loopy, simply type out ’LEFTY’ in the notes section once adding your Loopy Case to your cart (the notes section is on the cart page).

• What is loopy’s return policy?

  If you ultimately decide that Loopy is just not for you and would like to send your case back for a refund, please contact us prior to your return. We will not accept any returns after 30 days. Refunds will go back to the original payment method used for checkout at the time of sale, otherwise, a gift card will be issued.
