Sales guys are amazing, and helpful but Customer service keep failing with customer requests and expectations. They aren't flexible on installations, and ignoring customer requests, just because "they standard procedure". Customer service just diplomatically give a middle finger on a little bit request on they installation.

The fibre will be installed from a connection point at the property boundary. Our engineer will then fit the network equipment – the Service Demarcation Device (SDD) in your property. This is a fibre converter and will ensure your connectivity to the LilaConnect network.
Once LilaConnect has installed fibre to your home or business, your relationship will be with your Service Provider. This could be LilaConnect or another Service Provider partner depending on your service package of choice. You can choose the package to suit your budget and requirements. You will be billed monthly based on your service agreement.
