Well over a century ago, the Kopper Kettle began as an overnight stage coach stop on the National Pike. Maintaining its role as a familiar watering hole, the Kettle continues to be a haven for locals & travelers alike. In 1984, it was re-established as Ye Olde Kopper Kettle.

Constructed by timber cruiser Ed Rose and reputedly financed by Madame Nellie Bly, the Kettle Falls Hotel has accommodated and entertained travelers since 1913. Robert Williams bought the hotel in 1918 for $1,000 and four barrels of whiskey.
