Jazzercise on Demand is awesome! It’s just like the classes. It’s even better in that I can pick and choose what I want to do from the menu. I usually do 40 min cardio dance followed by 30 min Strength, or just 40 min cardio followed by 10 min Core and 10 min Upper Arm and Legs.
