Sol’s Halo-Halo and Desserts is owned by entrepreneur Cathy Uy and her partner. The name itself originates from Ms. Cathy’s mom name Soledad whom she said has a great passion for cooking and making desserts. The business just started barely a year ago on July 20, 2016, in Barangay Tisa, Cebu City.

Sol’s Halo-Halo and Desserts’ main location is in Barangay Tisa, Cebu City (just along the street notable for “Siomai sa Tisa”) and branched out to G/F Skyrise 1 IT Park, Lahug. Its franchise at Sign in Restobar in Carcar City.
Their halo-halo is available in regular serving (without ice cream) at P50 and in special serving (with a scoop of ube ice cream) at P60 in Tisa. The price at Skyrise store varies at P55 and P65, respectively. They also offer fruit salad (P28), tuna sandwich, tempura (P20), squid roll (P25), squid ball (P20).
