  Betsy and original investor Gail have been the sole owners since 1994. Flip’s is simply a Red Sauce Joint with a great selection of wines, spirits, and beers. Prepared in house, we offer simple but delicious Italian fare in a comfortable setting.

  Welcome to Flips’ Gymnastics! “Gymnastics Fun for Everyone”. Flips is a gymnastics gym, located in Frederick, MD. We offer gymnastics training for kids as well as for adult gymnasts, aged 1 year thru adult.

  Expanding to Our Second Location July 12th in Mt. Airy, MD! Ask us about our Summer Camps & Classes! In the Flips Team Gym athletes compete in groups (squads) of 6 to 14, performing a Jump Routine – which includes tumbling, vault, and mini-tramp skills – and a choreographed Group Floor Routine.
