esky had taken money from my card (plus commission) and then booked the flights with their own account. So when the flights were cancelled they get to keep all the refund. Unable to contact esky as there is no phone number; emails to their customer service receive an automated reply saying they will be in touch. They never respond.

The email was signed by Justyna. I found their customer service phone number (202)-754-9021 on their website. I call this number and a person named Justyna answers my call :) she said she is not a customer service!? ... Do not use eSky, just book flights through the airline directly. Reply from eSky Travel.
