Downhill Bike Shop opened it’s doors in 1996. Originally located in Hollister, Downhill Bike Shop has served the greater tri-lakes area for more than twenty years, expanding into the Branson location you see today. Downhill is owned and operated by bike enthusiasts.
Originally located in Hollister, Downhill Bike Shop has served the greater tri-lakes area for more than twenty years, expanding into the Branson location you see today. Downhill is owned and operated by bike enthusiasts. We carry a full line of mountain bikes, road bikes and other hybrids, in addition to kids’ sizes.
Downhill bikes are bikes with typically 190-200mm travel front and rear. These bikes feature a dual crown fork and normally do not have a full range drivetrain and no dropper posts. These are for only riding downhill and are either taken to the top by a shuttle or chairlift at a bike park.
All types of people attend and enjoy our exhilarating downhill adventure. It’s a unique opportunity to connect with majestic Haleakala in ways that just cannot be experienced from the confines of a car. Our fun and safety-minded tour guides ensure your enjoyment no matter what your performance level.
