Delivery & Pickup Options - 75 reviews of Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar Boardman "Great food, friendly staff...and the Onion Rings are the best I've ever had! The menu is basic but they use high-quality ingredients (fresh-baked bread, premium meats, etc.) and it shows. Loved the Meatball Crostini sandwich and the pizza I had (I think it was called the 5-Alarm?) was great.

Grilled Crostinis. A crostini is simply toasted bread, but when that bread is grilled to toast it, the crostini becomes almost magical.
Crostini are made by thinly slicing bread, typically plain white bread, and toasting or grilling it so that it becomes crispy. The slices can be drizzled with olive oil and salt and then served plain, or they can be dressed with an assortment of toppings and used as appetizers or garnishes with foods such as soups.
Crostini are generally made with white bread, such as a simple Italian loaf or a baguette, sliced evenly, and toasted just to crisp it up, not to darken it unduly. In Italian crostina means crusty, and crostini means toasts.
Bake, rotating sheets halfway through, until golden, 15 to 20 minutes (if undersides are not browning, turn crostini over once during baking). Let cool on baking sheets. Top crostini with desired toppings, and serve.
