The Shire of Coonamble is located in the Central West of New South Wales, Australia and has a ‘sister’ council relationship with Campbelltown City Council in Western Sydney. The Shire includes the towns of Coonamble and Gulargambone and the village of Quambone.
Customer inquiries and requests for service can still be made by telephone to 6827 1900 or by email to [email protected]. Coonamble Library will re-open from Tuesday, 14 September, at 10.30am with a limit on the number of people allowed inside the building.
The Visitor Information Centre in Castlereagh Street, Coonamble, will open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, unless staff are guiding at the Museum. The number of people allowed inside the centre will be limited; please note signage at the entrance. Sign-in is required. Phone (02) 6827 1923.
Using your online MyServiceNSW account or calling the Service NSW hotline on 13 77 88 are other options for service. Coonamble Waste Facility will re-open for regular hours of operation: Monday to Friday (closed Wednesday), 8am to noon and from 1pm to 5pm; Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm.
