Is it worth emailing cladco for advice?

Emailing Cladco for advice is a waste of time with their dismissive and unhelpful attitude. I won’t start with the buying process and delivery shenanigans i had to go through!!! My advice is to look at rival brands who offer a more durable product and actually care and respect their customers of which there are many out there.

How durable is cladco composite decking?

Recently had Cladco composite decking installed and the product is not durable at all, showing many markings after only 24hrs. I would reasonably expect the decking to withstand light weight garden furniture and a low volume of traffic without marking so easily.
