Antoine Predock is the Principal of Antoine Predock Architect PC. The studio was established in 1967. Predock attended the University of New Mexico and later received his Bachelor of Architecture from Columbia University. Predock first gained national attention with the La Luz community in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Antoine’s son Frank was a pasta maker for 83 years and served as the company’s president. Both Zerega Avenue in the Bronx and the elevated train station on the New York City Subway’s Pelham Line were named after Antoine. The company moved from Brooklyn at 28 Front Street to Fair Lawn in 1952.
All in all, Chef Audrey probably is a great Chef but a lousy manager. I don’t see this restaurant making it unless she does a great lunch business since it was empty on a Sat. night. And she should definitely take steak off of the menu and lower her prices.
