Is there an excuse for caskers to treat customers this way?
I got no answer. I was on the point of asking my credit card company to reverse the charge (which Caskers had been very prompt about making) when my son told me the order had arrived. There is no excuse for treating customers this way.
What is your review of caskers shipping?
Really zero stars, horrible customer service and shipping. I’m in logistics and I can get a container of alcholhol shipped to europe in less time than caskers takes to get 1 bottle to me in nj. Fyi they make me give at least 1 star. Caskers sucks. Placing an order thru caskers was the biggest mistake of my life.
