3 reviews of Cardo Systems "Bought a brand new Freecom 2+ and only one speaker works. Cardo customer service is basically non existent. Pretty terrible first impression for a new customer. Sent 2 email through the website with no response and have called several times and was hung up on every time. Don't have weeks or months to wait on Cardo to fix this.

No one will ever guess you are talking from your ride. The Cardo Connect App unlocks the full potential of your Cardo units and even lets you configure it on the go! In addition, the App offers you intuitive remote controlled operation from the screen of your smartphone.
Let the activation begin. Open the “Cardo Connect” app and go to the “settings” screen by pressing the icon on the upper left side of the home screen. In the “settings” screen you will see the “Audio profile” with a lock on its right side, click on the lock.
All Cardo units come with a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase to reclaim your warranty. Your first point of warranty service is your dealer.
