Bike was returned dirty. Bike was returned with the dropper post not functioning correctly. Charged over $100. 3rd bike was in for a basic gear adjustment. They charged $75. I took bike one and 2 to A1A Cycle Works they charged $50 fixed bike #2 shifting and replaced bike #1 break cable. A1A had a wait but we'll worth it.

They have bikes and equipment for all price points and during warmer weather, conduct no drop rides (nobody left behind) on Tuesday nights - weather permitting.
